I Did It. I’m Moving Abroad with My Daughter. (Even Though Everyone Thinks I’m Crazy)
It’s official.
I booked the one-way flight. I locked in the Airbnb. I’m talking to real estate agents in a country I’ve never lived in. And I’m currently in the middle of purging my life down to two suitcases and a carry-on diaper bag.
This isn’t a vacation. It’s not a trial run. I’m moving abroad with my daughter — for real.
And the kicker?
My family doesn’t even know yet.
Because let’s be honest: when you tell people you’re a single mom planning to move to another country with your toddler, the reactions usually range from:
“Wait, what?”
“That’s not safe.”
“Are you sure you’re thinking this through?”
“You need to be near family.”
“What about stability?”
Let me say this louder for the people in the back:
I am choosing peace over proximity. I’m choosing alignment over approval. I’m choosing freedom, even if it scares the hell out of me.
Why I’m Moving Abroad
I’m not running away. I’m walking boldly toward the life I’ve been craving for years:
A softer life
A safer life
A healthier life
A slower life — one where my daughter doesn’t grow up thinking stress and hustle are normal
A life that prioritizes joy, culture, and purpose over bills, burnout, and broken systems
I’m not interested in “doing it all.” I’m interested in doing what matters — on my own terms.
The Birth of a Movement: FUCK IT! Let’s Move Abroad
This move isn’t just about me anymore.
This is about us — the single moms, the tired women, the ones silently screaming, “there has to be more than this.”
That’s why I’m creating a 6-week program specifically for women like me called FUCK IT! Let’s Move Abroad.
Yup. That’s the real name. Because sometimes that’s exactly what it takes to leap.
This program is for:
Single moms who are done surviving and ready to start LIVING
Women who want clarity, courage, and a no-BS roadmap to relocation
Those who are tired of hearing “you need to be rich to move abroad,” you don’t.
Mamas who want to raise their kids somewhere safe, culturally rich, and aligned with their values
Dreamers with receipts (or at least a vision board and an AirTag suitcase)
What I’ve Already Done (While Freaking Out a Little)
Also, let me be real with you — I have NO money saved.
I’m doing this with credit cards, a prayer, and a mindset that refuses to fold.
This isn’t some bougie, influencer-style “eat-pray-relocate” journey. This is the real, raw, “I’m tired of waiting for conditions to be perfect” path.
I’ve shifted my energy, activated my faith, and decided that staying stuck is more expensive than taking the risk.
Booked my one-way flight
Reserved my Airbnb for the first few weeks
Started talking to real estate agents to find a long-term rental
Began purging my stuff (and my old limiting beliefs while I’m at it)
Built the framework for my relocation coaching business
Mentally packed my bags 74 times
Ignored 100+ unsolicited opinions from relatives & friends
Prayed, journaled, cried, visualized, manifested — repeat
I’m scared. OF COURSE I’m scared.
But fear isn’t a red flag — sometimes it’s just a sign that you’re finally doing something real.
So What’s Next?
I’m building.
I’m documenting.
And soon, I’ll be teaching other women exactly how I made this happen — the mindset, the money, the visas, the kid logistics, all of it.
Because the truth is:
You don’t need to be rich.
You don’t need to be fearless.
You just need to be ready to say “fuck it” and leap anyway.
If you’re curious, inspired, or secretly planning your escape, stay close.
Subscribe, follow, or DM me, and I’ll make sure you’re the first to know when my program drops.
You don’t have to do this alone. And you don’t have to wait until your child is grown to reclaim your freedom.
Let’s build your soft, safe, bold life. Abroad. Together.
